Whitehall, Twp. Pa. – At least two people died after a fiery car accident last Saturday evening in the County of Lehigh. The fiery car accident in Lehigh County claimed the lives of two people over the weekend.
According to the police, the mishap occurred along the road to Eberhart in White Hall Twp. a little after 6:00 o’clock in the evening. Police reported that an operator was driving a pickup truck at a high rate of speed, when it reached Route 145, it crashed into a car that was negotiating a turn in the intersection.
The crash caused an explosion as the fire immediately killed two people inside. The two people inside the pickup truck sustained critical injuries and was rushed to the area hospitals.
Pending result of investigation and contact with nearest kin, identities of the victims are nore given out to the public.

North Philadelphia – A two-vehicle crash in North Philadelphia was the reason for bringing three injured women to local hospitals. Three victims were taken to local hospitals after a two vehicle crash in North Philadelphia.
The mishap took place at the corner of Glenwood and Germantown Avenues last Sunday at approximately 6:25 o’clock in the morning.
The three women were trapped inside the vehicle which needed the emergency crew to extricate them from the wreckage.
One of the victims, age 37, was delivered to the University Hospital of Hahnemann. The two other injured persons, an 18-year old and a 26-year-old were transported to the University Hospital of Temple.
Pending result of investigation, the identities and extent of injuries sustained by the victims were not released to the public.

This time two police officers were subjects to a in a Sunday morning accident. Both cops were responding to a call from West Philadelphia. They were supposed to act as back-up in a crash that happened a few minutes 11:30 o’clock in the corner of Chestnut and 49th Streets.
Authorities related that while the cruiser of the two officers was speeding eastbound on Chestnut Street; a civilian vehicle was also heading southbound along on 49th Street. As the two vehicles simultaneously approached the intersection, the police car tried to veer to one side to avoid the collision but it hit the other vehicle that also hit another vehicle. The other vehicle also hit a bus. The vehicle continued moving forward until it hit a utility pole. The driver of the civilian vehicle also crash to a light pole.
The civilian vehicle was driven by a woman who sustained minor injuries. She was also delivered to the University of Pennsylvania for check-up and evaluation.
For the present, no charges were filed against any driver.

Northeast Philadelphia – Several people were injured after a two-car crash which happened Thursday evening at NE Philadelphia.
The mishap took place at approximately 6:45 o’clock in the morning at the corner of Krewstown Road and Grant Avenue.
Police reported that when the two vehicles collided, one was pushed into the sidewalk and crashed into the utility pole.
A helicopter shot overhead showed that the emergency crew place on of the injured into t stretcher.
No other persons and vehicles were damaged. As th crash is still under investigation, no information was given out regarding the identities of the people involved and their current condition in the hospital.
